New account.

~Olovia. Yeah. Friends of mine, please go watch that one, because I'll probably forget to sit down when I have the time and re-watch everyone unless they send me reminders.

Effing.

Fri Jan 9, 2009, 6:04 PM
My parents went on a crazy house-cleaning rampage last weekend. Sure, now the house looks nice and neat and tidy, but I CAN'T FIND MY FUCKING CLAY TOOLS. FUUUUUUCK. I'M ANGRY.

Also, I'm working on my last portfolio piece. I'll be shooting all my stuff next week. See you then.

Whoa, what?

Wed Dec 3, 2008, 4:29 PM
I just realized I've had that pumpkin in my avatar for over a month now. Weird. I could have sworn it was still the middle of November. I think I have amnesia.

But in any case, it's December! Whoo! Yay December! December is candy cane season. When you eat candy canes in July people look at you like you're nuts, but in December it's status quo. Heehee. I'm a peppermint freak. I compensate the rest of the year by constantly chewing on Lifesavers.

Whoa, so, portfoliosubmissiontime is coming up, so my Portfolio teacher is going to help me photograph alllll my pieces in the weeks to come. This means I'll finally (FINALLY) be updating. Damn, it's been a freaking LONG time. My jackass camera is still a jackass, and me being a super procrastinator doesn't help. Maybe I should ask for a new camera for Christmas. -ponders-

Anyways, there wasn't much of a point to this journal entry. I'm kind of just babbling...

Trades and lol more excuses -shot-.

Fri Oct 24, 2008, 6:16 AM
Okay. I'm unhappy with myself. I hijacked my dad's camera, and then I realized that I don't know how to connect it to the computer. Boo. And he's in China for another week. Double boo. When he comes back I'll get him to help me, and maybe I'll finally - finally! - have something worth showing.

Anyways. *DuckTapeBandit and =maytel are opening craft trades, and I've been itching to do some more clay stuff, so I figured I might as well do it too :). Funfun! (Commissions are still open, by the way.)

(Trades)

Hahah, so, here's the thing...

My scanner's working! So some drawings / sketches / whatever being uploaded.

My camera's still lame. It's the dock thinger, that connects it to the computer, that's not working, so I'm trying to get it replaced. Bawgh, expensiiiive. There are some bigger (and better, really) drawings that I want to upload, but since my scanner's not big enough, I have to wait until I'm able to take pictures. Blergh.

Also, I'm really upset because since I can't get any of my pictures off my camera, I can't show you guys more recent sculptures, like Dennis the Australian frilled lizard or my ever-expanding family of gargoyles or my *ArtisanCraft Christmas in August box or my tiny violent goblin who doesn't yet have a name or my keygnome or my other random small dragon objects. I'm thinking of hijacking my dad's camera, but I don't know how to upload pictures from it, and anyways, that would require him taking it home from work.

In happy news, though, an entire half of my school day is art 8D. We go by block schedule, so four classes a day. I have Painting second block, and Portfolio (I suppose our school's alternative to AP Studio) fourth block, so this is a really great first semester of senior year! :boogie: Unfortunately, I had to drop my AB Calc and AP Physics to worm those two classes into my schedule, but oh well. So, good news is I'll have more and hopefully better things to add to my portfolio. Bad news is ARGH I WON'T BE ABLE TO UPLOAD THEM.
